Aaloo Ki Sabji

Today I thought of preparing something new. I prepared aaloo ki sabji in different manner.

Following ingredients I used.
Aaloo-1/2kg
Curd-Half cup
Onion paste-Half Cup
Dhaniya leaves
Ginger & garlic paste-1 spoon
Turmeric Powder-1/2 spoon
Garam masala-1/2 spoon
Salt and mirch powder according to taste

Preparation
-Boil the aaloo in cooker and remove its peel and cut into small pieces.
-Heat kadhai and 3 full spoon oil.
-Add garlic and ginger paste and onion paste, fry it, till colour changes to light brown.
-Add curd and then add jeera, turmeric and garam masala powder.
-Cook it for 3-4 min and then add boiled aaloo. Fry it for 5 min and then add dhania leaves.
-Cook it for 1-2 min then add 1.5 cup of water.
-Close the lid and cook for 5-7 min and finally serve with pratha aur puri.
