Dhaniya leaves

Garam masala-1/2 spoon
Jeera Powder-1 spoon
Kashmiri mirch powder-1/2 spoon
Mirch powder-1/2 spoon
Salt to taste
Oil-6spoon
How to Prepare
-Boil the mushroom for 3-4 minute in water and cut every mushroom in two.
-Grind onion in mixer and keep aside.
-Heat oil in kadhai and add onion paste and sliced tomato in it. Cook till colour changes to golden and oil separates.
-Now add garlic and ginger paste, jeera powder, salt, Kashmiri mirch, haldi. Cook for 2-3
Minutes.
-Now add mutter & mushroom in it. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
-Add 2 cup of water. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
-Now add garam masala and dhaniya leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Once it become gravy like, remove the kadhai from flame.
