Poha

When one is in hurry, Poha is good option as it can be prepared in 8-10 min of time.

Ingredient required
Chuda (chidwa)-250gm
Ground Nuts-50gm
Onion and tomota-1 each
Green chillies-2, oil-3 spoon
Turmeric Powder-1/4th spoon, Salt to taste

Method
-Fry groundnut in 1 spoon oil and keep it aside.
-Heat the oil-2 spoon in kadhai and add chillies and fry it.
-Add sliced onion and tomato.
-Keep chuda (chidwa) soaked in water for 3-5 min and drain the water.
-Now add chudwa (chidwa) and salt and turmeric powder.
-Fry it for 3-4 min and then remove it from flame.
-Mix fried ground nut and serve it hot.
